I'm Charles, and been a fan of the innovative products of ACT Apricot since I first saw them in 1984. Apricot are smack in the middle of that ever-so British talent for creativity and originality in a world that too often cares more about cost and conformity.
I worked at an Apricot reseller in the 80's and 90's, and I've deployed and supported every Apricot product from the Sirius to the later, duller, Mitsubishi boxes. I've installed Point 32 and VX networks, installed FT servers running Xenix, and still have my Apricot dealer's lapel pin!
As time allows, I'm currently restoring an Xi back to full working condition.
